1. WARRANTIES
. We offer a one (1) year warranty on all our products
. Proof of purchase is required for the item of the warranty policy to come into effect and will only be valid when purchases have been paid in full
. The warranty does not extend to the fabric or material used to upholster the item as it is subject to wear and tear associated with domestic use as usage/treatment in the customers environment is beyond the manufacturers control
. All timber/solid wood items are prone to crack
. All items sold for domestic use only
. Warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear associated with products in the above paragraph
. All valid claims are subject to assessment by our customer service department and decisions made at the discretion of the store manager and/or customer service department
. Warranty does not extend to products purchased off display
. Warranty does not extend to reselling of goods
2. EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT/REFUND
. La Radice will only accept returned products within 48 hours from date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in perfect condition
. All transportation charges, delivery and collection of items incurred, will be for the customer’s account. and the return of the items will be subject to a 15% handling fee of the full invoiced amount. The balance will be valid as a store credit for three [3) months
. No made-to-order items, custom made. assembled items, items bought off display or mattresses will be exchanged or refunded
. La Radice reserves the right for a company appointed or manufacturer representative to inspect the item before an exchange is considered
. Refunds will not be paid in cash notes
. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. which is
3. COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES
. Once final payment has been made and goods are available. our team will contact you regarding delivery
. No deliveries or collections will be scheduled until the payment of the product has been settled in full
. The person receiving the items will be required to sign the POD (proof of delivery), indicating that each item has been received in good condition
. La Radice cannot be held liable under its warranty policy for any damages that were not noted on the POD by the customer
. Where La Radice is responsible for delivery. we will try our utmost to deliver the product on the date and time arranged.
Circumstances beyond our control
may however result in unexpected changes to the agreed delivery date and time
. La Radice will only deliver where the product can fit into lifts. through staircases or doors. Kindly ensure that the place of delivery is accessible and the area cleared for the product prior to delivery together with removing all breakables that could be on the way of the delivery team
. Should the delivery team he requested to ignore the above condition by the customer. La Radice will not accept responsibility or be held liable for any damages caused to either the product or the customer’s property.
Customer must disclose information about lifts, narrow passages and flights of stairs
. Any additional delivery costs due to fail deliveries. access problems and/ or failure to adhere to the appointed time for delivery/collection will be for the customer’s account
. Any person collecting a product must produce the original La Radice invoice in order for the product to be released
. Customers must ensure that a suitable, collection vehicle is available and utilized to collect the necessary product. La Radice will not be held liable or accept responsibility for products not loaded properly by the customer into the collection vehicle
. La Radice will not be liable for any damages to the product or personal injury where the product is purchased unassembled
4. PAYMENTS
. Please note that until such time as the payment has been made in full, the product remains the property of La Radice
. Manufacturing on custom made orders will only begin once a 50% deposit has been paid
. EFT/credit card/cash will be accepted
. No cheques accepted
. Products purchased via EFT will only be released once the full payment reflects in La Radice’s bank account
5. CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
. All custom-made orders take 14 to 21 working days to manufacture. La Radice will not be held responsible or liable for circumstances beyond their control that may affect the lead time aforementioned and result in delay thereof
